PlateBOSS is operated by Qalrix Group, LLC. By using the app or plateboss.app you agree to what’s below. It’s written plainly on purpose.

PlateBOSS is free for diners. Specials, prices and hours are posted by the restaurants themselves. We do our best to keep listings real and current, but a special can sell out or change — check with the restaurant if it matters.

You need a working email address, and you’re responsible for what’s posted under your account. Only list a business you own or are allowed to manage. New restaurants are checked by PlateBOSS before they appear to diners.

Your specials, prices and photos must be accurate and yours to share. You keep ownership of them; you give PlateBOSS permission to show them in the app, on our website and in posts promoting your specials. Don’t post anything illegal, misleading or offensive, or other people’s private information. We can remove posts and suspend listings that break these rules.

The free listing is free. Featured is a paid monthly plan (currently $39/month) that is free for every restaurant during our launch months. When billing starts we’ll tell you first, and you’ll choose whether to keep Featured. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

We work to keep PlateBOSS running, but it’s provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell restaurant owners by email before the change takes effect.
