Delete your PlateBOSS account
PlateBOSS is published by Qalrix Group, LLC · Last updated November 4, 2026
You can delete your PlateBOSS account yourself, at any time, from the app or the website. You don’t need to email anyone or wait on us.
Delete it yourself
•
Open PlateBOSS (or go to plateboss.app/restaurant) and tap For restaurants.
•
Sign in with your email and the code we send you.
•
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
•
Confirm when asked. It happens right away and you’re signed out.
If you can’t get in
Email
[email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you, delete the account, and write back when it’s done — normally within a few days, and always within 30 days.
What gets deleted
•
Your account and your email address.
•
Any restaurant you run by yourself, with its listing, map pin, specials, photos and view counts.
•
Your restaurant’s links to Facebook, Instagram or Google, if you connected any.
This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation. We can’t restore it afterward.
What stays, and why
If other people also manage your restaurant on PlateBOSS, the restaurant stays for them; only your access is removed. Anonymous tap counts that were never linked to you may remain in our totals.
Diners
Diners don’t have an account, so there’s nothing to delete. PlateBOSS doesn’t store your location.
